The Mental skills assessment can be used for athletes from any sport.

This is the starting point for sports psychological training. I am sending a questionnaire with instructions for filling it out. Read all the questions first and think about your answers, allow at least one day (24 hours) to settle in your mind before making your answers.

The profile created based on the score will help to understand the challenges of the mental game. This assessment identifies 75-85% of these challenges, depending on the athletes' awareness of their mental game and their ability to clearly and thoroughly communicate their answers to the questionnaire. This is the area of discovery that serves to plan work with a sports psychologist.
